This page explains how HumanTechConnect AB handles personal data and cookies. To apply as an AI engineer, please read and accept it first.

Data controller

HumanTechConnect AB, organisation number 559509-2361, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact us through the contact form on the start page or on +46 73-917 29 18.

Data we collect when you apply

Name, country, city, phone number, email, links to LinkedIn, GitHub and HuggingFace, CV, primary AI expertise, education, graduation year, years of experience, prior work with clients in the EU, US or GCC, English level, hourly rate and availability.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to assess your application, contact you and match you with client assignments. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Recipients and transfers

Applications are collected through the form service Tally (Tally BV, EU), which acts as our data processor. We may share your profile with prospective clients only after contacting you. As you live outside the EU/EEA, your data is transferred to Sweden and handled under the GDPR.

Retention

We keep your application for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to object to processing and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing. It sets only strictly necessary storage, so no cookie banner is needed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google. The form service Tally may set its own cookies when you open the application form, as described in Tally's cookie policy (tally.so/help/cookie-policy).
